On Site / Seated Massage
This means we will bring our Massage to you! This is ideal for the busy worker who is in high on tension but short on time. We provide a 15 or 30 minute slot per person to give you an instant boost during your busy day providing a renewed sense of well being, energy and vitality as well as valuable time out.
You remain fully clothed and no oil is used so disruption to you is minimal. You are seated in a special chair which, from the moment you sit down, you start to relax and unwind. We will then massage the key areas which are most prone to tension and tightness such as the head, neck, shoulders and lower back.
On Site Massage is a win/win situation for both employees and employers. For the employee they are getting valuable time and opportunity to reduce their stress levels and address issues such as lower back pain which can in the long term lead to sickness and absenteeism.
